The New Drone Policy in India (2018)

As you can see, if you are flight nano-drones (<250 gm) for recreational purposes simply, you don't demand any permission, however, if your drone is classified under Mini and above categories (>2Kg), yous volition demand several permissions including permissions from police force, flight path authorization, and more.
